MICHAEL "TONY" WILENCHIK, Retired Chief Master Sergeant

Michael (Tony) Wilenchik passed away on September 14, 2009, at the Odyssey Hospice Center in San Antonio, Texas, after a 3-1/2 year battle with cancer. Tony was born in New Jersey in 1950 and retired in Schertz, Texas, after a career in the Air Force spanning 31 years.

Tony was preceded in death by his mother, Catherine Vanderbeek and father, Max Wilenchik. He is survived by Valerie, his wife of 31 years, and pets Bumper and Walker. Tony was a member of the Oakwood Baptist Church.

Passed away May 6, 2008 at age 68. The honesty and integrity of this comical character will be missed and never forgotten.
