My Fellow Recruiters,

As we enter our third year since the Association’s founding, I am very excited about the strides we have made and the direction we are headed. In a short period of time, we have been a tremendous asset to Air Force Recruiting Service. We have supported them on several initiatives and worked hand-in-hand on Operation Blue Suit XXIX and XXX.

We continue to look for ways to increase our membership and at finding ways to establish contact with former Recruiters. In this area we need everyone’s assistance. If you know of former Recruiters, please contact them and introduce them to our Association. If you need additional Association information, please visit our website at www.usafraa.org.  

We are in the planning stages for our Third Annual Association Reunion set for September 25 and 26, 2009. The schedule for events is posted on our main website page. I encourage everyone to attend, if possible. Last year’s event was a great success and I am sure this year’s will also be a great success.

We will hold our election of Association Officers from October 15 through December 15, 2009. This is an excellent opportunity to serve the Association and it is very rewarding. All elected positions will become available in this election and I would ask that all members consider the possibility of running for office. It has been a great pleasure to serve this Association and its membership. I thank you for your support and feedback. I am confident that our Association will continue to progress and be a great asset to Air Force Recruiting Service.
